Each Pod serves a specific purpose such as a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, or living space, is fully finished to your specifications before leaving our workshop. This modular approach not only provides a streamlined and efficient building process but also allows for future expansion. If your needs change, additional Pods can be added later, giving your home the flexibility to grow with your family.

All Pods are built in our purpose-built workshop in Kerikeri, where quality control and attention to detail are maintained throughout the construction process. Once completed, the Pods are transported to site, positioned, and connected to create a seamless living environment. Carefully designed decking areas link the Pods together and enhance indoor-outdoor flow, making the most of New Zealand’s lifestyle and climate.
