Our goal is to ensure every step is clearly communicated, is stress-free and tailored to your lifestyle.
Step 1: Consultation & Vision
Every project begins with a genuine conversation. We want to understand your needs, your site, and your vision for your new home. Whether you’re building a compact one-bedroom studio, a family home, or a luxurious modular dwelling, we love using our creativity to find solutions.
Step 2: Site Assessment & Planning
We carry out a detailed assessment of your site, covering everything from access and transport requirements to council rules, geotechnical considerations, and any necessary approvals. Our experience with challenging terrain, including steep or coastal sites, ensures we provide practical, tailored solutions from the outset.
Step 3: Design & Customisation
Together, we develop a design that balances functionality, aesthetics, and your personal style. Our modular home designs are flexible and can be customised with additional rooms, decks, or internal layouts. We guide you through every decision, ensuring your home will not only meet your needs but also feel uniquely yours.
Step 4: Construction
Your home is built indoors in our controlled workshop, where weather delays are eliminated, quality is consistently high, and efficiency is maximised. This method ensures your modular home is delivered on time, to exacting standards, and with a superior finish that stands the test of time.
Step 5: Delivery & Installation
Once complete, we handle transportation, ensuring your modular home is delivered safely. Our team coordinates every detail, from crane placements to deck installation, so the process is as smooth as possible for you. We also manage the onsite installation; however, if the site is too far away or our schedule doesn’t permit it, your chosen builder can complete this stage. In these instances, we provide detailed plans and expert guidance to support them throughout the process.
Step 6: Handover & Aftercare
Before you move in, we complete a thorough inspection together and provide a Builder’s Pack detailing care instructions, warranties, and ongoing support. We continue to check in after your home is occupied, because exceptional service doesn’t stop at handover.
